Date

Junior Leaders are people ages 12-17. Adult Leaders are those who are at least 18 years old.

Consistency is very important in the development of children and their families. Children feel secure and are able to learn and share when they have a consistent leader from week to week. Parents can build meaningful relationships with their children's leaders as they get to know them. Our goal is that each classroom has at least one person serving every week as a room leader to lead the class and develop a partnership with parents. How often would you like to serve?

We seek to help leaders lead well. This is achieved by getting to know the experience level of our volunteers and pairing them with other volunteers to make strong teams. Describe any life or work-related experience you have had working with kids. Please know, there is a place for everyone, regardless of experience level.

Please provide the names and contact information of two adults unrelated to you who can provide you a reference to work with children. Only church staff will contact references. By providing references, you are giving consent for church staff to reach out to the people you have listed.

It is important that kids ministry leaders communicate Biblical truth to children and families and faithfully represent the church as the body of Christ.
